The policy of Quality and Environment of Eshor Ltd. , it is focused to obtain the Total Satisfaction of its Clients and Suppliers, by means of a strict fulfillment of contracts and terms established for the execution of the contracted works, which will be made with the Maximum quality demanded by the client and carrying out the strict fulfillment of the Security norms.

Also the motivation of its personnel is fitted within the policy of the Company, regardless if it is the construction site personnel or from the different departments that compose the group, by means of a system certified according to the norms UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 and UNE-EN ISO 14:001:2004 and that promotes the implication of the personnel with the activities of the company

Also the Company makes a clear bet on the Innovation and the constant Development, with the purpose of studying new systems of work and outposts technologies, to be in the vanguard of its sector and to offer exclusive solutions to its Clients. For these reasons we have oriented our actions towards:

To systematize processes, services and performance methodologies so that rapid operations are conducted and of a quality that satisfy the necessities of our customers.
To provide the necessary conditions so that all the personnel can freely identify and eliminate the obstacles that prevent the improvement of the Quality and Environment of their work.
To consider the improvement of the quality and environment a permanent objective as well as the contamination prevention.
To induce a participative atmosphere among the employees, encouraging them to involve themselves in the common objectives and improving the communications that facilitate the team work , the individual recognition and the suggestions of improvement.
To consider the compliance with the collaboration terms, the punctuality and maintenance of the confidence between our clients and suppliers as key points in the daily management of the company.
To comply with the legislation and legal requirements that affect our activities and any other commitment that the company subscribes to.

This policy of quality and environment will serve as frame for the establishment of the objectives of quality and environment, the direction of the company guaranteeing the necessary means and resources for the attainment of those. In order to be well-known by all the Personnel of the company and the public in general, the present Policy of Quality and Environment will be posted in the facilities of ESHOR as well as in the webpage of the Company.
